We have partnered with Australia Post to give our customers the best service and price available.
We know shipping costs are not what you want to spend your money on so we have capped our prices at these rates. This means that it doesn’t matter how many items you purchase in your order, you will only pay the capped rate applicable to your shipping address. So a good suggestion is to get your friends in on a purchase and split the cost, if you can.
Delivery Delays
If there is a delay with your order that we are aware of, we will try and let you know ASAP. Please let us know if your order has taken longer than 4 days and we can track the delivery for you. As with all freight, including post, delays can unfortunately occur, but we always try to be as efficient as possible.
RETURNS
What is iNG's Return & Refund Policy?
Returns on Faulty Goods are accepted within 14 days of your original purchase being received and must be advised in writing.
iNG will cover the shipping fees for the replacement of an item presenting a quality / manufacturing issue once a Warranty Claim has been accepted.
You need to fill in the claim form on the WARRANTY page with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved our customer service department will contact you and advise refund options.
Returns, credits or refunds apply to the following situations:
Faulty goods: If you have received a cub/bottle that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
Unsuitable goods: If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, we may offer you a store credit ( at iNG's discretion ) for the purchase amount – less shipping.
If you are requested to return your item it must be returned in an un-used condition and shipping is at the customers expense.
Refunds are not given for change of mind.
Please get in contact with customer service before returning an item as you will be provided with a return reference number, shipping label and return authorisation form which must be included in your parcel.

We are proud of our products, and know you’ll be impressed by the high quality of our production. This is why we are happy to offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty. If you need to arrange a return or refund please refer to the Returns Section in the footer of the website.
